Spanish sage (Salvia lavandulifolia) is a drought-tolerant member of the sage family native to Spain but now known to grow well and even wildly in New Mexico. As a perennial thriving in rocky soil and surviving with minimal water, Spanish sage is a sustainable choice for herbal extracts and essential oils, making it a VR favorite!

Village Refillery Artisan Bar Soaps are handmade from organic plant oils, shea butter, lye, and essential oils that are GCMS tested for purity. Often adorned with botanicals from our garden in Corrales, NM and occasionally colored with natural clays or spices.
